Cross Country
We still have very few names for the Munster Masters cross country championships in Co. Tipperary on Sunday, 29 November. We are particularly looking for both men and women in the over 35 category, (i.e. 35-49) . If you have run cross country this year or in the past, please consider running this race. Silver Medals For Midleton AC in East Cork Senior Championships.
Some very fine running by all our crew in Carrignavar at the cross country on Sunday where were came away with the silver team medals and an especially fine run by Gerard McLean who finished 7th overall and this is only his first season running cross country.
Little Island 5km
Great results too for the club members in the 5Km BHAA race in Little Island on Sunday morning.
