Rod Scanlan 1St Place In Clare

Rod's Report
It's been 15 years since I last raced in my hometown of Killaloe. 18:48 and 1st place in the 5k Clarisford Parkrun. Happy out! Thanks so much to all the parkrun volunteers who made it a fun and very well organised & enjoyable parkrun despite the cold rain that fell. Will definitely be back to tackle those 5 loops of a testing course. Thanks to Donie Walsh for all his great advice and Brian Power in Ardmore Physical Therapy for keeping me injury free. — at Clarisford Park, Killaloe.
