Another fantastic night in Ballintotis where they once again showed how it should be done. Superb organisation and two course records to boot. We had a massive crew out so anyone with a PB etc please email it in to mdtacinfo@gmail.com A very special congrats to Gerard McLean The Rapid Response Road Runner who did it in full gear as part of his preparation for the Cork City Marathon. Alan Morley had a great run getting himself a PB with 30.35 and Christopher McCarthy broke the twenty six minute barrier again with 25.35 . David Moynihan continued his flying streak knocking twenty four seconds off his PB. Amongst the others with PBs were Claire Parker and Keva Crotty who both had brilliant runs.
