Cross Country Starts Next Sunday

Cross Country starts next Sunday, September 18th with the East Cork Championships in Conna/Ballynoe.  Directions and estimated starting times to follow on Friday.  It would appear that Juveniles start first at 11:30am, so it will probably be 1pm kick-off for adults.  This is a great event if you want to try cross-country for the first time, and if you are a seasoned cross-country athlete, to get your season started.  It is more low-key than the Counties and Munsters.  Pay at the gate - no need to pre-register!

We'd love to see as many of our members there - go on, try something new - you might surprise yourself - as many of have before!

Ladies Novice 4000m. Awards 1st-2nd-3rd Ind. 1st-2nd-3rd Teams (3 to score)

Admission—Adults €5.00. Juveniles €2.00. All pay at entrance
