On a wet and miserable evening there was some very
fine running in the Glounthaune 4 Mile. In what was a very well organised event
that we now have come to expect from here. It really is amazing how well small
communities can do races like this. Well done to all involved.
We saw some fine running from all our members
especially with Helen Gilroy having a super run to come 1st Lady
overall looking
totally relaxed and unchallenged whilst Mary O’Keeffe also had
a very fine run to take 1st O/50. All our other runners of which there
were many had fine runs also.
