Old Parish 5 Mile
David Moynihan had a powerful run in Old Parish 5Mile on one of the toughest courses he ever ran and yet did a time of 30.22 Ger O'Regan also had a great run knocking 22secs off his previous course best. Well done lads.
Last year, this event was cancelled due to the storms and rain. The forecast for next Sunday is for dry conditions so it might be a good one for anyone who wants a day out with the kids.
All proceeds go towards the RNLI who of course look after lifeboat services along the coast.
