More Mountains

Above is  a great photo of Barry making his way up through the Galtee mountains last Sunday Aug 13th. Another IMRA race, (Munster & Irish championship) which took in 13km of tough running with a 1340m climb. Not for the faint hearted, this race is graded as a 10, extreme (10 being the toughest on the spectrum). Barry came in at a time of 1.59 which is mighty going. I'm hoping he'll take a rest over the next few days at least but nothing's guaranteed! Mike Hallihan also completed the race finishing just on the 2 hour mark. Great work by the 2 mountain men yet again.
