CASTLELYONS CARNIVAL 4 MILE

There was a fine crowd at the Castlelyons Carnival 4 Mile on Tuesday evening. We had a total of seven from the club there and all had excellent runs. Some were very familiar with the course as it is used for the County and Munster Road Championships others were new to it but all agreed that it is a very nice course.

Our first man home was Edwin Cashman finishing eight overall and our first Lady was Martha McNamara who took 1st O/55F prize in flying form. Edmond O'Sullivan took 2nd O/55M prize. The good news is the Ger O'Regan is back on his PB streak with another new PB there. It was an absolutely delightful evening for running and the spread after was top class both fast and efficient. Well done St Catherine's AC
