Ballynoe East Cork Championships

The East Cork championships are on this Thursday in Ballynoe. We would love to be represented by 40 Midleton AC athletes to honour the 40th anniversary of this race.7:30pm for the women-less than 2 miles.8pm for the men (5 miles). There is a special one off mug for all finishers so you can add to your Balycotton 10, Sonia O'Sullivan 10  mug collection but there will not be another mug like this for another forty years.
 People can run as a group if they wish and use it as a training run but it would be just nice to make up the numbers if possible and its only 15 mins out the Dungourney road. Danny.
