The East Cork Road Racing Championships take place in Ballynoe on 20th August. Ladies Race at 7.30 Mens Race 7.35. We are giving free entry to any of our members who wish to run 

You MUST text Sally 0872265857 before 6pm Tuesday 18th to confirm your entry. There will be no entries taken on the night.

Ladies Race 3Km  Mens Race 5 Miles
