TWO GOLD MEDALS FOR OUR RUNNERS IN THE MASTER'S NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS

Joan Hough and John Hennessy both win GOLD MEDALS

Fantastic results for our club today Sunday from the Master National Championships in Dublin this morning where our two athletes who were competing both came home with Gold medal. Both athletes ran very good tactical races to claim their victories. Well done to both. It made a great weekend for our club on top of Frank O'Brien winning Bronze yesterday also in the Nationals.(see previous post.)
