GOLD For Our Mixed Relay Team and Medals Galore All Round 

Well done and thank you to every single member who came out tonight and made it such a memorable night for our club. Each and every one of you did us proud. Rather than go into individual fantastic performances I will just list the event winners.

Gold Master Mixed Relay Team

Christopher McCarthy, Sinead Falvey, Ger O'Regan and Kathleen Ryan. This was one of they highlights of the night with great competitive racing from all the teams. It was wonderful to see Midleton AC come out in top. 

It was hard going trying to keep track of all the medals so if I missed any please let me know.

A big thank you to the East Cork Division and to Carrignavar AC for organising such a great night. Even the rain held off until the final event which was the mixed relay and we were so happy to win we didn't even notice the rain.
