European BRONZE x 2 for Neilus Aherne

Results just in and confirmed the Midleton ACs Neilus Aherne has taken individual  M70 Bronze and also Bronze with the Irish Team which he led home.

Torun Poland is the venue and we wish our two athletes the very best.

Neilus Aherne goes in an outdoor 5km Sunday morning

Rod Scanlan on 30th March @8.47 in the M40 800m (3 heats)

Wed 1st April  @ 8am Neilus in M70 XC 6Km

I am awaiting confirmation but currently Neilus has individual Bronze and Bronze with the Irish O/70 Team so fingers crossed.

Garretstown 5 Mile

Margaret Twohig Anglin 46.50 (46.27) and Mark Fuller 49.21(48.50) on a very wild and windy Garretstown.

Littleton Labyrinth 10 Mile

We had three runners here today Mark Cronin, Louise Barry and Amanda Cooney. Louise reports

"A lovely route. Strong wind and rain made the exposed 3-mile stretch on gravel path along Littleton Bog challenging but we were all very happy with our runs. Would definitely recommend this race to anyone looking for a nice Spring 10 mile."

Maurice Mullins Ultra 50Km
