WEEKEND RUNAROUND

MALLOW 10 Mile

A great morning for the Mallow 10 Mile which took place on Sunday morning where Conor Cronin had a really great run knocking three minutes off his PB and finishing in 68.35 (68.26) showing his training is going really. The ever consistent Amanda Cooney was there also finishing with  1.52.48 (150.13)

This is the only all women championship race in the county (the Mini Marathon includes men) so we are hoping that Women In Sport groups will make a special effort to run it in their inaugural year.
