Membership

Membership is now overdue. If you have not paid your membership it is overdue and you are not insured for training etc. If you don't intend rejoining you might let us know so we can remove you from the various What's App groups (or remove yourself please). 

We don't want to lose anyone so if there is any difficulty please contact any committee member in the strictest confidence and arrangements can be made to suit you.

Women In Sport

A great morning was held on Saturday morning at the Midleton Greeenway Parkrun. Organised by our Women In Sport officer Nathalie O'Connell along with members of Aghada Running Club and other East Cork Clubs. After the run all adjourned to the Talbot Hotel for coffee and goodies.

What a great morning at the Parkrun to celebrate women in sport week and international women's day together, as women of Midelton Ac and Aghada AC join forces. Shoutout to Denise WIS officer in Aghada for rounding up the troops and fairplay to my superwomen our MAC ladies with a great turnout of 17 women. The parkrun was lit up with a sea of pink so thanks Parkrun A special thanks to Talbot Hotel Midleton for providing us with uncopious amount of scones and pastries catering for our dietary requirements. It is days like today that remind us all what its about..the grá for running but more than that the social connections Together as women in sport, breaking barriers, times, limits and occasionally hearts #womeninsport #whorunstheworldgirls
