NEW MEMBERS

Firstly a very warm welcome is extended to the many new members who joined our club in recent weeks. Hopefully at this stage you are receiving our regular news updates and fixtures news. If YOU receive this e mail and are a new member please drop a mail back to me to verify contact details.

CROSS COUNTRY
Best of luck to our Novice Ladies team running this Sunday in the
Munster novice cross country championships. Anna Doris, Maggie
Chojan, Orlagh Farmer, Susan Delaney and Nicola McPherson will run
for Midleton AC on the day. Anna, Maggie and Orlagh have also been
selected to run on the Cork team. Although we do not have a men's
team, we have three individual runners - Stan Byczec, Mat Chojan and
Conor McGrath. Good luck to them all!

ROAD FIXTURES

There is still plenty of road action to look forward overt eh next few weeks beginning with next Sunday’s event in Doneraile Park..

Sunday 23rd October

Doneraile 5 Mile Race – 2pm in Doneraile Park

Sunday 30th October

Bandon 10K – 1pm

Sunday November 6th

H.S.E. ‘4’ Mile Race on the Marina Circuit in Cork City – 11am

Saturday November 12th

Mizuno 5K – Race 2 in Killlarney – 11am

Sunday November 13th
Lisgoold 5K – 11am Alocal race well worthy of Club support.

If you are tackling any race from 3K to Ultra Marathon injury prevention is always a priority.

CHRISTMAS DINNER
Don’t forget the Midleton AC Christmas Dinner takes place on Saturday December 10th at Midleton Park Hotel. More details to follow on tickets, entertainment etc.
