Any member who wishes to get information

listed on the blog should send the info to

me at midletonac@ireland.com or John at johncashman1@eircom.net

It is up to members themselves to inform the club as with over two hundred members we cannot keep track of members activities unless informed of them.

Information will only be accepted from registered club members and not from anyone else. No third parties please.

Some members like to keep their achivements,times etc private and we must respect this.

There will be no exceptions to this rule under any circumstances
