Well done to all runners who took part in the IPS/Garda 5K on Wednesday and in particular those who collected prizes and/or recorded personal best times. Results will follow next week.

A reminder that the Ballyhoura Series continues with the Grange/Fermoy 5 miler in Kilworth this Friday evening at 8pm – John Desnond will have a course preview of this race on running in Cork blog on Friday morning.

Best of luck to our crew in the Run Killarney Festival

So far we know that Helen Gilroy, Margaret Jones, Sheila Buckley, Colette Barry and Sinead Ivors are taking part in the Maxi Marathon (15 Miles) whilst Bernie Twomey and Michelle Kenny are running in the 10K.
