4 Mile Race Corkbeg/Whitegate Tonight

Don't forget there is a 4 Ml in Whitegate tonight organised by East Cork AC and it is well worth supporting. For those of you who did it last year you will be glad to learn that in their wisdom they have decided to remove the hill on the first mile.(It was a 5 Mile last year) so now it will start more or less at the top of the hill where mile one was last year.
Entries are at the school and be sure and bring a few extra bob as there is usually a great barbecue after on the village green in aid of Enable Ireland..
