Wednesday - Novartis 5K in Ringaskiddy - 8pm

Friday - Kinsale 5 Mile Road Race - 7.30pm (entries at Kinsale GAA Club)

Also please note that the Ballyhooly 10K Race currently listed for Sunday week August 12th may be refixed possibly to the following night, due to a clash with  live tv coverage of the Olympic Marathon.

We are staying in Puerto Del Carmen resort a few mins from the airport.

There are 3 road races that we can run in over.

Why not escape the November rain to go to lovely sunshine for a few days.

Last time we went Lanzarote, it was an a amazing trip.
