Just a quick email to remind you that the Cross Country is coming up this Sunday 14th at 12pm in Carrignavar.

Please try to make as this is a club only race and your club needs you, whether you run or support your team.





Still no results from Cork To Cobh , but if people want to let me know how they got on for the Monday piece in the Midleton news please let me know.



Also next week I'll be doing a report on all those travelling to Dublin for the marathon, so if your going please let me know and i can include you too.
