East Cork Novice and Masters Cross Country

This event takes place this Sunday, 22 September at the Youghal GAA club.  Approximate start time is 1.00 pm.  I would recommend arriving by 12.00 pm.  There is no need to enter in advance, but if you plan to run I would appreciate getting your name in advance so that I  can give in a list on the day   Also, could you let me know your age category if over 40 (men) or over 35 (women).

If you have ever considered running a cross country race this is a good introduction.  Come along and give it a go.  We hope to have men's and women's teams this year.

Directions:

 Take the Youghal By-pass (ring road). At the top of the hill turn left and go over the fly-over. Continue straight ahead (heading towards the town centre), passing the

Community School on the left and continue about half way down the hill till you come to a petrol station. At the cross-road turn right and follow the signs for Youghal GAA club.
Park the car there and the entrance to the course is up beyond the GAA pitch.
