LOST SHEEP TRIATHALON
Club members AJ Murphy Eoin Murphy John Carey,John Mc Caughley and Noel O Regan are all competing in the Lost Sheep Triathlon this coming w-end 7thSeptember comprising 2K swim, 90K bike and 21K run
GORCE Marathon.
On Saturday 31st Aug. Maggie and Matt Chojan /08 took part in a mountain marathon in polish mountains called GORCE Marathon.
Maggie 5:20 and Matt 4:45
It was very difficult with lots of steep up and downhills on rocky terrain.
and now they are back in Cork today and ready to train our x-country group on Sat.
