Well done to Paul Spiteri who got his first FIRST this weekend when he won the Park Run in Macroom. Unfortunately modesty did not allow him to tell us but the grapevine works wonders.It just shows all the hard work he has been putting in between cross country ,track and road has started paying off. Well Paul we are all delighted for you and may it be the first of many.
