Well done to all those who braved the cold wind and risk of hail showers to run the Captain's run in Carrigtwohill this morning and also those who came along with their children to support, even if not running themselves. Thanks to the generosity of all involved the run raised € 191 which is all going to support Suicide Awareness. Many thanks to Edmond for providing tea, coffee, cakes, chocolates and even a special" recovery drink" after the run!
We both wish all our club members and their families a very happy, peaceful and safe Christmas. Looking forward to a year of successful, but more importantly enjoyable and injury free running in 2014!
