Munster Masters Road Championships - Sunday, 16 March, Kilnaboy, Co. Clare
Following the club's great successes (both team and individual) in last week's County Road Championships it would be well worth trying to put some teams forward for the above.  It is very short notice, but please do consider running and if you are interested let me know as soon as you possibly can as entries are to be in by this Friday, 7 March!

Don't think you are not good enough - look what you achieved last week and go for it!

Then on 30 March the novice road championships take place in Waterford which we would also like to enter a team in.

Thank you!

Don't forget Post Ballycotton 10 Club Catch up

The Club will be getting together post Ballycotton 10 in the Maple Lounge Main Street from 7.30ish on to re run the race and catch up on how people did. All members very welcome even if you did not run the race. Food will be served.

The organisers of the Ballycotton '10' race are appealing for volunteers to help out at the race next Sunday. With a race of that size with so many runners and spectators, it takes a lot of help to make sure everything goes ok on the day.

This race is organised by Ballycotton Running Promotions on a non-profit basis.

If you are interested in stewarding then contact Tommy Hartnett at ballycottonrunning@eircom.net or 086-2386390
