IMPORTANT NOTICE

As you will know from the previous email, Midleton AC are hosting the County Novice & Masters Road Race Championship next Tuesday (St. Patrick's Day) in Midleton.  As a result, training has been cancelled on Monday evening (March 16th).  We would hope that you will be able to use the race as your speed session!
Lots of you have already notified Noel or Sally of your intention to run.  Just a reminder for those of you who are planning to run - Sally will be registering participants tomorrow (Thurs 12th), so please let her know at thedrennans@eircom.net or on 087-2265857 by lunchtime tomorrow if you want to be registered.   There will be no registrations done on the day.
The first race (ladies) will commence at 11am sharp, and the second race (men's) will commence approximately 20 minutes later at 11:20am.
As this is a Championship race, competition rules dictate that you must wear your club singlet.  Only club members are allowed to run in Championship races.
Please collect your race number from Sally at the Midleton Park Hotel in the main room (Jameson Suite) between 10am and 10:30am.  Allow yourself enough time to get to the start line which is approximately one mile from the hotel.
If you do not intend to run, but are available to help, or if you know anyone that can help, we still need volunteers, and would be delighted to hear from you.  Please contact Noel at mrnoelcoregan@hotmail.com or on 086-1704072.
If you have any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me at this email address or Noel or Sally at the above email addresses and/or phone numbers.
Wishing everyone that is running the best of luck, and thanks to anyone that has volunteered to help make this a successful event.
