Cross Country Reminder

Reminder that the county novice B cross country championships take place on Sunday, 18 October in West Muskerry.  Any athletes who have never won a cross country medal are eligible to compete.  So far we only have two women and it would be a great pity not to have a team at this event.  If you would like to run please let me know by Wednesday, 14 October at the latest.
