Next important cross country deadlines
11 October - County Senior - West Muskerry (5km for women, 10 km for men) - entry deadline Tuesday, 6 October
18 October - County intermediate and county novice B - entry deadline Wednesday, 14 October
Anyone who would like to enter in these races must let me know by the above deadlines at the latest. Turning up on the day without pre-entry is not possible.
A word of warning for those who are not aware, the standard in the senior race (11 Oct) is high so it will be a long, fast race!
The county intermediate and novice B both take place on the same day. (18 Oct). Anyone who has never won a cross country medal (team or individual) is eligible to compete in the novice B race.
