Coming up next Sunday is one of the best races around namely the Carrigaline 5. Organised by Eagle AC it has traditionally been the one to run before Ballycotton 10. It always gives a good indication of where an athlete is at in his/her training. Starting at 11am from near the Community Centre in Carrigaline. There are always great prizes and a top class spread after. Also there are Ladies and Gents team prizes. Eagle AC have always been a great supporter of our own Midleton 5 so lets get out there in numbers and support them.
