Cross Country Masters and Novice
Fantastic Results Again
Results from todays cross country in Riverstick. Men's Novice team take Bronze. Men's O/50 team take Bronze. Sally Drennan takes Gold with 1st O/50 and once again the mighty Neilus Aherne takes Gold with 1st O/60.
As Sally Drennan says"I'm thrilled, particularly for the men's teams. Fantastic to go out with two teams and both of them come back with medals!". Well done to each and every one of ye because everyone counts in cross country. Danny

Extra Training Night
Hi all
Just to let you know, Edmond, whilst injured, noticed a gap in the training market for some runners who cannot make the Monday night training. Edmond is willing to undertake a training session at 9pm on a Thursday night due to start next Thursday.
All Midleton AC athletes are invited to this outside Midleton Co Op..
It's will be a farkleg session led by Edmond.
It'll be an official club training night.
Note, this is an extra winter training session only.

Masters men - Neilus Aherne, Edmond O'Sullivan, Mike Hallahan and Barry Williams
Novice B men - Edwin Cashman, Fergal O'Meara, Don McDonald, Tim Hannon, Derek Ahern, Marc Dalton, Dan Twohig
Masters women - Louise Barry, Sally Drennan
It is on in Riverstick. Juvenile races are first at 11.30 followed by the masters at 1.00 pm and then novice. However, if they get through the juveniles quickly, the masters races might start earlier (wouldn't be the first time!). So please allow plenty of time.
