On a very warm and humid evening the CPO 5Km took place over the Mahon circuit.
We had five runners there and all got on very well. Two ladies Amanda Cooney and Kathleen O'Connell and our men were Edwin Cashman, Edmond O'Sullivan and Alan Morley.
Edmond was once again in the prize winners enclosure with 3rd O/55. He is having a very good run of prize winning at present after his success in Ballincollig last week and other recent wins. Long may it last.
