Lanzarote Training Camp
Come on Midleton AC members, let’s get outta town and hit sun-kissed Lanzarote on November 8th. The trip kicks off at 6pm, Thursday 8th with an intricately carved crystal glass of sparkling Cinzano Bianca by the poolside.
This blatant display of hedonism will be followed by a 5 mile speed session on the promenade, a 30 minute circuits session in the pool, a shower and compulsory attendance at the customary Midleton AC post training session griping and abuse of the coaching staff session. Then we throw on the shorts and t-shirts and head for the committee approved letting down of the hair ritual in Puerto Del Carmen. I mean like we’re talking Midleton AC International on tour here like...
