This race will once again be virtual and will not
have a specific date, time or route.

Runners are invited to meet at 6pm or 7 pm on
Wednesday evening outside the Coop and groups of 15 or less can be formed there
on the night if they want.

A suggested route would be to run from there, out
the midleton 5 and back.
-
Normal training
will take place on Wednesday at 6 and 7 for those that are not racing.
