Mother and Daughter Run Virtual Cork Half Marathon with Sanctuary Runners 

Club member Rosarie Griffin accompanied by yours truly braved the elements on Thursday morning to complete the Virtual Cork Half Marathon and succeeded admirably. Not the nicest morning for the outing with strong winds and rain over half the course.

Not to be outdone her daughter Miriam ( aged13) ventured out that evening and completed the thirteen mile distance (13.1) in fine style in much kinder conditions. Well done ladies on your great effort. 

They both ran with the wonderful organization Sanctuary Runners.
