Trail Running
The weekly summer trail running sessions will start again this week on Thursday 6.30pm.
No need to reply on WhatsApp, just turn up. All welcome, any pace.
THIS WEEK: Ballyannan woods in Midleton, just to see all the beautiful bluebells.
Thursday 6.30 pm sharp; meet at the Midleton waste water treatment plant, see map, as there is not enough parking space closer to the woods.
TRAIL: One easy lap in the woods, followed by optional cross-cross trails inside the woods.

Volunteers Required For Cork City Marathon
They are looking for stewards for the Cork City
Marathon. They are looking for volunteers to steward the event. There will be
some reward this year like for the Grant Thornton event. If anyone is

Youghal 5Km
The Youghal 5Km takes place this Thursday evening at 8pm.It is one of the fastest 5ks around completely flat on the streets of Youghal ensuring great support all the way. So if you want a PB or just a very nice run that's where to go.
