Well done to all who took part in Midleton Fitness Centre Annual 5 Km on Tue 18TH where we had a great line up of runners and were again amongst the prize winners with Stanislaw Byczek 21.50 coming second .
In the womens race Helen Geary crossed the line 1st in a time of 26.22 followed by Margaret Twohig 27.03 and Carrie Higgins 3rd.The first two ladies only joined us last October and are part of Vincent Connellys beginners group.I dont think we can call them the beginners group any longer with results like this. Well done ladies .
