The before and afters of Midleton AC at Ballycotton 10 featuring a group of Ballycotton Virgins and a larger group of MidletonAC Athletes (we couldn't fit all our runners in) also the surprize birthday party organised by our social committee for the one and only Donie O Connell whose birthday co incided with race day.Well done to everyone who completed the course especially those doing it for the first time and the large number of experienced members who got PBs. and well done to Ballycotton Running Promotions on another excellent event.
