Training update

Monday training will continue at Midleton College hockey pitch for a further few weeks as the CBS track needs to be rested for a while longer.



Wednesday indoor training finishes this coming Wednesday and will then move to outdoor training on Tuesday for the spring/summer season. Meet in the community centre car-park at 6 ( beginners) or 7 (others) €2 will be collected up to July.



Also, anyone is welcome to join mens’ captain, Edmond O’Sullivan for a regular Saturday run starting this Saturday 26th from Park Hotel leisure centre car-park at 6pm. 30 minute run with speed/terrain variation.
