REMINDERS

Wed evening at 8pm sees the IPS 5Km in the Marina.
Please don't forget to arrive early for this race as there is a concert in the Marquee on the same night and traffic could be bad.

Thur. sees our own Mile run (see previous post)

and also there is a 4 Mile race around the streets of Youghal at 8pm.This is a nice level course with support all the way as it concentrates on the Main Streets of the town.Last year saw it happening for the first time in years and it proved very popular and well organised,
