Another amazing achievement by Midleton ACs Catherine Terry who completed the Sea2 Summit today in Westport in a fantastic time of 4HRS 26 MIN.She felt very strong on the mountains and strong on the bike (apart from the KILLER hills) Overall she really enjoyed it ( yes her words "enjoyed it") Sincere congrats Catherine once again you did yourself and your club proud.

The Sea2Summit Supreme

Catherine Terry makes the long journey to Wesport this weekend for the last adventure race of the season, The Sea2Summit Supreme and we wish her the very best The race consists of

The Sea2Summit Supreme:4k run in the Greenway in Westport.
8k cycle to Croagh Patrick.
5k Mountain run (Croagh Patrick) at half distance the Summit (2.5k) and at bottom (5k)
35k cycle hilly cycle on the Maum a
4.k sea run 
Total distance 56km

Birthday Party Time

Michael McNamara's 60th Birthday will take place in O'Neill's bar on the 8th of November from 8.30pm. All members of the athletic club are more than welcome to attend. Looking forward to seeing familiar faces there to celebrate with Michael who without a doubt is one of the most popular people in the club. Everyone is welcome.
