Rebel 4 Run 5Km Blarney
Well done to Brian Harty on his fantastic win in Blarney today Saturday.

Inniscarra 4mile
Helen Gilroy made a great comeback to racing last evening in Ballyanley for the Inniscarra 4 Mile where she finish 3rd Lady overall. This is no easy course to do well on with a short downhill start and a climb of about a mile and a half this is a fantastic result. Sandra O'Connor also had a fine run.
Park Run
A big congratulations to John Dunphy who completed his 50th Park Run on Saturday morning. Well done John super stuff.
VMWare 5Km Ballincollig.
In a new (one of many) addition to the BHAA calendar the inaugural VMWare 5Km took place in Ballincollig on Thur. evening. There was a total of three hundred and sixty four runners. We had some fine runs from our members and also took some prizes with Sheila Buckley having another fine run and getting 4th Lady overall. Marie Gillman had a tough battle but managed to hold on to 1St O/50 by a few seconds margin. Among the others who had fine runs were Michael McNamara with 24.16, Martha McNamara 25.59 and Ian Kohler who is regaining form with 26.39.
