Cloyne 5Km

Another fantastic night at the Cloyne 5Km Wednesday evening with superb organisation by Margaret Twohig, Tommy Hartnett and the whole of the Cloyne crew .From start to finish everything was very well organised.Over five hundred runners took part a little down on last year but that is to be expected with the weather and the number of races around.Our ladies had very good runs with Deidre Aherne 2^nd O/35, Mary O’Keeffe 2^nd O/45. Marie Gillman 1^st O/50 and Alannah Drennan 1^st juv. It was a great night all round with an excellent spread and lots of spot prizes.
