Just a quick note that the John Buckley Graded Track and Field league is due to start this Wednesday. It has been on corkathletics.org for a while but so far hasn't been highlighted on the cork running blog. I'm planning to do the 1 mile anyway (from what I can see you don't have to register in advance?), but it may well be of interest to other club members as we had a few do some of the races
