The Amazing Ger McLean aka The Rapid Response Runner Danny (my words not Ger's )
As most of you are probably aware, I’m running the Cork City Marathon in full paramedic gear in aid of East Cork Rapid Response. With only one week left to go and all the training done, I’ve still got to carry on with the main object of this project which is to raise vital funds. I’ll have sponsor cards available at trainingMonday night for anybody that might like to sponsor me or take a card, it’d be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks, Ger.

Good Luck Lads
Very best of luck to Noel O'Regan and John Carey who are heading out to the European Championships in Portugal this weekend. These championships are a great opportunity to get a flavour of big international competition without the need to go long. The two lads are both doing the olympic distance race, hope it goes really and they enjoy the competition and the atmosphere.
