Also on both days we will have 2017 membership forms available for signing and its still only 70 euro for fifty two weeks with two training sessions per week at least. This also covers your insurance at club training sessions.

We will  have Ballycotton 10 entry forms available for our members who prefer to enter by post as you still will have a week to enter being a member of an Athletics Ireland club.
