There was a great crowd at the Belgooly 4 Mile on St.Stephen's morning where we had five from the club running and all had very fine runs. Kevin Smith had another great run finishing in 24.23 followed by Ger O'Regan in 25.47. Both excellent times over this tough course.
Sinead Ivers was our first lady having a fine run followed by Joan McCarthy. Ian Cohler ran with his grandchildren and had a fine run also.
The only disappointing aspect of the day was that it was 15euro entry fee despite the poster stating entry was 12 euro. forcing many back to their cars for the additional 3 euro.
