Great Glenville Run

The annual Great Glenville Run over 4 Miles organised by Watergrasshill AC took place on Sunday morning in ideal conditions and finished just before the rain came.
We had five runners from the club there and our first man home with a fine run was Mick Murphy whilst our first lady was Helen Gilroy have another great run looking relaxed all the way she also took 2nd O/50 prize. Joan McCarthy and Amanda Cooney also had good solid runs. Mike Dorney showed he is getting back into form with one his best runs in a while. Well done all.

We are really asking and encouraging our members to avail of this. Don't expect someone else to do. We need as many as possible trained up.
