Athens Marathon
Some went to Dublin others went to Castlelyons but our man Neilus Aherne went to Athens not for the Marathon but for a 5Km
I know he is good but No that is not his Marathon time its a 5Km
Amanda Cooney ran the Thomas Kent 10 Km in Castlelyons in fine style as always on Sunday morning adding another medal to her collection.
Griffeen Valley 5Km Park Run
On Saturday club member Brian Martin headed back once again to Dublin where he took part in the Griffeen Valley Park Run in Lucan. Following on from the success of his Dublin Marathon run two weeks ago Brian got a new PB for the 5Km run. Well done Brian.
Munster Masters Cross Country Entries
Munster masters cross country takes place on Sunday, 17 November in Beaufort, Co. Kerry.

Weekly Trail Running Sessions Are Back
By popular demand and at the request of our members the weekly trail running sessions are back.
Meeting Saturday morning at 8.30am st the car park at Curragh Woods.Trail shoes essential.
