Individual Gold, Silver and Bronze for our Ladies
GOLD for Mixed Team
Today I asked for a lady to make up the team for the mixed relay and two wonderful ladies stepped forward to make up the team. Thank you Melanie and Vicki who joined Sinead along with Chris and Ger to make up the team and what a result they achieved. Our mixed team won GOLD.
Our individual ladies had brilliant results Vicki Spiteri won GOLD, Sinead Falvey SILVER and Melanie Etienne won BRONZE and all got 5000m track PBs as well.
Our men Ger O'Regan and Christopher McCarthy also had great runs and made up the mixed team who also won GOLD. A wonderful evening for running and great results for our club.
A special well done to Melanie and Chris on their first time running on the track.

We has a fair few runners here and once again came away with prizes. This was the first Amazon 5Km and the last of the BHAA races in the evening for this year. Its back to Sunday mornings from now on.Our prize winners were Edmond O'Sullivan 2nd O/60 and Donie O'Connell 3rd O/70. Over three hundred ran despite the crazy traffic hold ups getting there Which caused many to miss the race.
